Stanton Health Center where our motto is:
“Not NO But HOW”
Stanton Health Center employees raised $5000 for the US92 Tornado Relief Fund!
Staff members, residents, and family members participated in week long activities including a silent action and dunk tank. Each day during the week of July 23rd – July 27th there were different events to participate in to raise money. The most popular fundraiser ended with one of the facility charge nurses having to wear a southern style prom dress along with a very fashionable hat for the day.
Harlean Berning, Charge Nurse, was nominated to wear the dress. Employees and visitors to the facility could put donations into one of two jars…one for Harlean to wear the dress and one to “save” Harlean from having to wear the dress. As a picture is worth a million words, you can see below, the results of the donations in each jar.
